When you contact us, we process the name, email address, optional company, selected topic, and message you provide to respond to your inquiry. We also process technical information for spam prevention and request limiting. Please do not include passwords, credentials, or sensitive security evidence in the contact form.
Depending on the configured delivery channels, contact inquiries are forwarded to the HEXBOX team through Resend email and/or a Slack notification. The website does not keep an inquiry database. Contact us to discuss how your correspondence is retained or to request access, correction, or deletion.
If you allow Google verification, reCAPTCHA is loaded when you submit the contact form. Google processes technical information for spam prevention and may store its _GRECAPTCHA security cookie. Declining keeps the service unloaded; you can contact HEXBOX by email instead. Withdrawing your permission stops further loading but does not erase cookies already held on Google’s domains.
